Yes! In addition to digital files, you can also order a 7-inch custom vinyl record. Each record is individually crafted and makes a one-of-a-kind keepsake or heartfelt gift. It’s fully playable on any standard turntable and requires 3–7 days for production plus shipping time. What makes it truly special is that you can fully personalize your vinyl — including both the cover and labels on Side A and Side B — with your own photos, images, and text. Every detail is uniquely yours, creating a timeless, tangible expression of your music and memories

Yes. We take your privacy seriously — all personal details are securely stored and used only for creating your custom song. We never sell, share, or use your information for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Your story stays yours, always.

We want you to be thrilled with your song. If it doesn’t quite meet your expectations, we’ll happily provide a free complimentary revision to make sure it feels perfect for you.

When your song arrives, we encourage you to sit back, listen closely, and take it in. If you notice something that doesn’t feel quite right — whether it’s a pronunciation slip, a word that sounds off, or a detail you’d like refined — simply email us at support@yourmelodymakers.com. Our team will review your request based on our revision guidelines. Please note that some elements, such as the vocalist you selected, can’t be changed after production.

Since every song is a fully custom production, previews aren’t available. But rest assured — if something feels off once you receive it, we’ll adjust it to make sure it’s just right.

On rare occasions, our emails can land in your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there first. If it’s still missing, it may be due to a small typo in your email address at checkout.
